Why they come to us

Why B2B SaaS marketing leaders take the call:

Nobody books this call because they want more content. They book it because one of these three is happening right now, and the board has noticed.

01

"Our competitors get named. We don't."

Your buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity who to shortlist, and three other vendors come back in the answer. You find out you were left out when a rep loses a deal to a name you've never had to beat before.

What it costs: deals that start on someone else's shortlist
02

"Traffic is up. Demos aren't."

The dashboard is green, the pipeline is flat, and every QBR turns into a defense of the channel. The terms winning aren't the terms buyers use when they're ready to buy, so the traffic never reaches sales.

What it costs: a channel your CFO reads as a cost center
03

"We can't prove any of it works."

Reps hear "I found you through ChatGPT" on calls. Your CRM logs almost none of it, because AI assistants strip the referrer. So the number you can defend is a fraction of the number that's real, and budget gets cut on the fraction.

What it costs: the budget goes to whatever reports cleanly
All three have the same fix, and it isn't more content

Where we actually work

Everything you need to scale pipeline.

GEO isn't one tactic. It's six disciplines run as one system, by one team, against one scoreboard. Here's where the work happens and what each part is responsible for moving.

01 · The map

AI search optimization

Find the prompts your buyers actually type, then engineer your way into the answers across every engine that matters.

  • Prompt mapping and kill tests
  • Answer-page architecture
  • Citation tracking across 5 engines
  • Competitor and category watch

Moves: Share of AI answers

02 · The words

Content strategy and production

Hand-researched pages written to convert a demo and structured so a model can quote them cleanly.

  • Solution-aware keyword research
  • BOFU, comparison and alternative pages
  • Senior editing and QA on every piece
  • Refreshes, pruning, internal linking

Moves: Demo-intent traffic

03 · The machine

Technical SEO and agent readiness

The plumbing that lets both crawlers and AI agents read, trust, and act on your site.

  • Full technical audit and fixes
  • Structured data and entity work
  • llms.txt and AI crawler access
  • Core Web Vitals and render checks

Moves: Crawl, index and quote rate

04 · The proof

Authority and citation building

Models cite sources they already trust. We go earn the placements that make you one of them.

  • DR 50-80+ authority placements
  • Digital PR and expert commentary
  • Review-site and roundup presence
  • Monthly citation velocity reporting

Moves: Trust the models inherit

05 · The truth

Attribution and reporting

AI assistants strip referrers. We rebuild the trail so finance can see what the channel actually did.

  • CRM field and GA4 wiring
  • Intake-form self-reported capture
  • Two-Witness reconciliation
  • Monthly board graded vs. forecast

Moves: Budget you can defend

06 · The scale

Programmatic and expansion

Once the core converts, we template it: integrations, verticals, personas, comparisons, built clean enough to last.

  • Programmatic page templates
  • Integration and vertical libraries
  • Persona and pain-first pages
  • Quarterly strategy re-plans

Moves: Coverage without headcount

The process · The 90-Day AI Search Program

The process, step by step.

Every week ends with artifacts you can inspect: prompt maps, pages, citations, demos. If it doesn't move pipeline, it doesn't ship.

Week 1 · Foundation

Technical audit, CRM and GA4 wiring, then the kill test on every keyword and prompt: after the AI answers, does the buyer still need a vendor? We only chase the ones that end in pipeline.

ROI · Forecast first, held to it

Three scenarios, before we start.

Every engagement opens with a 12-month forecast built on your funnel data. We set pipeline goals against it, then report vs. forecast every month.

One lever separates the three: the share of search volume your pages capture. Everything else is your actuals, held flat: visit-to-demo rate, close rate, ACV. If the model can't clear a 4× return, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

To build it, we only need three numbers from you:
Average contract value (ACV) or LTV
Organic visitor to demo conversion rate
Demo to customer close rate
Built on your actualsGoals set at kickoff

The other side of the model

Doing nothing has a price too.

Every month you wait, the answers get written without you. Pick your average contract value and see what one quarter of that costs, at the realistic scenario: 20% capture, 22% close.

Pipeline forfeited · Six months of waiting$743,000

Close rate held at 22%, capture at the realistic 20% scenario, applied to the ACV you picked. On the call we rebuild all three on your actuals, and if the model doesn't clear a 4× return we tell you that instead of selling you.

This is not a delay. It is a transfer. Three things compound against you in the exact window you spend deciding.

Models keep citing whoever answered the prompt firstCompounding
Every prompt you skip becomes a competitor's pageIrreversible
Attribution stays broken, so the channel stays unfundedSelf-inflicted

The 90 days start at kickoff, not at the decision. A quarter of waiting doesn't pause the results. It moves them a quarter later, permanently, and hands the ones in between to whoever didn't wait.

The honest comparison

Four options. Three stall.

AI tools

$99/mo and a prompt

  • Generic content that reads like every other AI feed
  • No strategy, no intent mapping, no revenue lens
  • Zero authority links. Tools can't earn placements
  • ~Ships fast, into pages nobody asked for

Stalls: volume without pipeline

Other agencies

The same playbook, every client

  • Generalists who take ecommerce, local, and SaaS from one template
  • ~GEO bolted on as an upsell, run by whoever has capacity
  • You meet the closer, then get handed to an account manager
  • Reports rankings and traffic, no answer for why AI leads never hit the CRM

Stalls: generic strategy, borrowed from another industry

In-house team

Five roles, two quarters

  • Knows the product, sits in your meetings
  • Full control of roadmap and voice
  • ~$290K+/yr before tools, and slow to hire
  • ~Links and AI optimization still need specialists

Works, at $300K and month 7

The winner

Rock the Rankings

GEO + SEO · One team

  • Strategy, content, links, and AI surfaces as one program
  • A 3-scenario forecast set before kickoff, graded monthly
  • Cited on the prompts that end in a shortlist
  • Two-Witness attribution wired into your CRM

Fit · Before you fill anything in

Who this works for, and who it doesn't.

We say no often, and early. Reading this saves us both a call.

A fit

  • B2B SaaS, Series A to Series D$2M to $50M ARR, subscription or usage-based, sales-led or self-serve plus sales-assist.
  • A category with a real competitor setVertical or category-defining: healthtech, fintech infrastructure, compliance, HR tech, legal tech, specialty lending.
  • Marketing leadership in placeA CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Growth who owns the number, usually with one under-resourced content or SEO person.
  • Organic is underperforming the investmentNon-branded traffic is thin for your stage, competitors hold the category terms, and the AI answers don't name you.
  • You can ship changesModern CMS and a willingness to make technical and on-page edits.
  • Pipeline is the measureBudget $5,000+ for strategy, $7,500-$15,000+ for the full engine, and demos are how we're both graded.

Also a fit: bootstrapped SaaS at $2M-$10M with founder-led marketing, or a growth-stage team rebuilding a stalled program.

Not a fit

  • Pre-seed or pre-PMFNo audience, no category clarity, and no runway for a compounding channel.
  • B2C apps, DTC ecommerce, or local servicesDifferent playbook, different channels. Not our specialty and not our pricing model.
  • Enterprise consultingThose cycles are relationship-driven, not search-driven.
  • You want content volume without strategyWrong expectation. We decline these even when the budget is there.
  • You can't make on-page or technical changesThe methodology doesn't work without them.
  • Traffic is the KPIWe align on pipeline, or we don't work together.
  • Not willing to let us driveIf every decision needs a committee and a month, the program stalls. You approve the strategy, we run it.
  • Under $5K a monthNot enough investment to make the channel compound. You'd be paying for activity, not an outcome.

If that's you, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. No sequence, no follow-up.

Straight answers

Asked on every call.

If yours isn't here, bring it to the call. Same unpolished answer either way.

01What is GEO, in one sentence?+

Generative Engine Optimization: getting your product named and cited when buyers ask AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google's AI box) what to buy. If your buyers research before they buy, and they do, you need to be in those answers. You'll also hear it called AEO, answer engine optimization: same discipline, same program.

02Is GEO a separate service or an add-on?+

Neither. It runs inside every engagement, because your buyers don't separate Google from ChatGPT and neither do we. Agencies selling GEO as a separate line item are charging you twice for one system.

03How do you measure GEO results?+

Two layers. Visibility: the same buying prompts re-run across 5 engines on a schedule, with citation rates tracked over time. Revenue: the Two-Witness Rule, referrer forensics plus "How did you hear about us?" on every intake form. In one funnel of 8,307 contacts, the CRM logged 11 AI leads while 809 buyers named an AI assistant. That 73× gap is why we run both.

04How fast does GEO show up in pipeline?+

Citations move in weeks; demos usually move inside the 90 days (59 booked against a 10-demo forecast is the reference case). Every engagement opens with a 3-scenario forecast on your funnel data, and if the model can't clear a 4× return, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

05Who is this wrong for?+

If you need leads next week, have no working sales motion, or can't give a channel 90 days, don't hire us. GEO compounds. It rewards teams selling considered B2B SaaS deals who want a durable channel, not a spike.

Before you close the tab

The three reasons people don't book.

Every one of these gets said on a call. Here are the answers we give, in writing, before you spend 27 minutes on it.

Objection 01

"Our last agency failed. Why would this be different?"

Fair. Most agencies sell activity, so there's nothing to fail against. We've run this with 300+ B2B SaaS companies and we report on pipeline and revenue, not traffic and rankings.

The difference is the forecast. We set it before kickoff on your funnel data, then grade ourselves against it in writing every month. If the model can't clear a 4× return, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

Objection 02

"Our in-house team can do this."

They can, at five roles and two quarters of hiring before the first page ships. That's roughly $290K a year before tools, data, and link budget, and one resignation stalls the whole program.

The better version: we run the engine, your team owns the product story. We hand the whole system over at the end if you want it.

Objection 03

"You haven't worked in our category."

We only work with B2B SaaS, and we've run this playbook across dozens of them: healthcare automation, payments, event software, practice management, crypto infrastructure. The category changes the prompts and the proof bar. It doesn't change the machine.

On the intro call we run your actual buying prompts live, so you see what the engines say about your category before you decide anything.
