B2B SaaS SEO Consultant
You have the writers, the developers, and the CMS. What you don't have is a strategist who has run this 300+ times. We run the brain, you run the hands, and the scoreboard is still pipeline.

Why they come to us
Consulting is what teams hire when they have capacity but no direction. Three versions of that.
Writers writing, developers deploying, and nobody able to say which of it moves pipeline. Activity is high, direction is missing, and the quarter ends with a shrug.
Done-for-you doesn't fit the budget or the org. You need the senior thinking without paying for execution you already have in-house.
One SEO owning strategy, content, technical, links, and reporting. They're capable, and they're out of hours. What they need is a senior partner, not another tool.
What consulting includes
You get the same brain that runs the done-for-you programs. Your team ships it.
A quarter-by-quarter plan tied to pipeline goals: what to build, in what order, and what to deliberately ignore. Reviewed and re-prioritized weekly.
The full map, kill-tested. Which terms and AI prompts end in a demo, which are vanity, and the exact page that should own each one.
Hand-researched briefs your team writes from. Same briefs we use internally: SERP and AI-answer analysis, sourced claims, and the angle to take.
We review what your team produces before it publishes. Structure, claims, conversion, and quotability. The feedback loop that levels up your writers.
Audits, prioritized fix lists, and implementation specs your developers can action. We don't deploy, we tell you exactly what to deploy.
Two-Witness attribution wired into your CRM, the weekly board, and the forecast we grade against. You always know if it's working.
The process · We think, your team ships
Every week ends with something your team can pick up without a translation layer: a priority order, a brief, a spec, a QA pass. You keep the hands. We own the number.
A crawler will hand you 400 findings ranked by its own severity score. We rank them by revenue and kill the rest, so your team is not spending a sprint on something worth nothing.
The priority kill test · Worth a sprint?
Hand-researched content briefs for your writers and ticketed technical specs for your developers, with acceptance criteria. Specified well enough that nobody has to interpret them.
Brief 012 · For your team
H1 · Best [your category] for [use case]
H2 · How the options actually compare
Your writers write, your developers deploy. We review every piece before it publishes and every fix after it ships, so quality does not drift once we are not the ones typing.
Shipped and reviewed · Sprint 2
We wire Two-Witness attribution so the channel is gradeable, then report demos against the forecast. If throughput slipped, the forecast gets re-graded on your real cadence, not ours.
Demos booked · Your team executing
Results · From the monthly reports

Organic sessions, AI referrals, category presence and attributed demand all moved together one quarter after launch.

Nearly half the demo pipeline was filed as Direct. The Two-Witness Rule recovered it, and the page program kept feeding it.

A page set that did not exist twelve months ago now carries the growth and is the most-cited name in the category’s AI answers.
In their words
Not curated snippets from a review widget. Named people, at named companies, about work you can read above.
"Justin and his team have been phenomenal from Day 0, and the consistency in quality and the measurable results they have delivered have been a true transformation to our business. We are extremely happy and we have already recommended them to our friends."
"I have been impressed with Justin and team's knowledge, work ethic and commitment to improving SEO. I have been in the digital space for nearly 20 years across different verticals and Rock the Rankings is the only SEO agency that I have worked with that has made a meaningful impact to the associated business.
If I found myself at another company, needing help with SEO, Justin would be my first call"

"The workflow was seamless between our teams. Overall, their process was very close to ours, so it was a great fit from the get-go. Most importantly, we learned a ton from their approach."
"Justin and his team helped us strengthen our SEO strategy, enabling us to adopt a more in-depth and strategic approach, and to better anticipate and organize our content operations."
"The partnership with Rock The Rankings contributed to clear improvements in organic performance across Canada and Australia, particularly for MoonPay's high-value transactional keywords and pages."

Rock The Rankings delivered great work for us. We came in with a massive index bloat issue, and Justin & team quickly figured out what needed to be done and helped us implement his suggestions on the site.

ROI · Forecast first, held to it
Every engagement opens with a 12-month forecast built on your funnel data, sized to your team's real throughput. We report vs. forecast every month.
One lever separates the three: how much of the plan your team actually ships. Everything else is your actuals, held flat: visit-to-demo rate, close rate, ACV. If the model can't clear a 4× return, we tell you before you spend a dollar.
12-month forecast · Realistic · 20% capture
The other side of the model
An unguided team is not idle, it is spending the same effort on the wrong pages. Pick your average contract value and see the cost of a quarter of that, at 20% capture, 22% close.
Pipeline that goes to someone else
Close rate held at 22%, capture at the realistic 20% scenario, applied to the ACV you picked. On the call we rebuild all three on your actuals, and if the model doesn't clear a 4× return we tell you that instead of selling you.
This is the expensive version of waiting, because the cost is not inactivity. It is a quarter of real work aimed at pages that were never going to convert.
You are paying for the execution either way. The only variable is whether the quarter of work your team just spent was aimed at the pages that book demos, and that is a strategy problem, not a capacity one.
The full scope
The consulting engagement, itemized. Execution is yours, everything else is ours.

Fit · Before you fill anything in
We say no often, and early. Reading this saves us both a call.
Also a fit: bootstrapped SaaS at $2M-$10M with founder-led marketing, or a growth-stage team rebuilding a stalled program.
If that's you, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. No sequence, no follow-up.
Straight answers
If yours isn't here, bring it to the plan. Same unpolished answer either way.
Who does the work. Consulting at $5,000 gives you the strategy, briefs, QA, and reporting, and your team executes. Done-for-you at $8,500 means we write, build, and place everything too. The thinking is identical.
Sixty minutes a week for the session, plus whatever execution capacity you already have. The briefs and specs exist specifically so your team spends time producing, not planning.
Justin. Every week. There is no account manager layer, which is also the reason consulting capacity is limited.
Often how it goes. Teams start with consulting, prove the channel, get budget, and move execution over. No re-onboarding, since the strategy and forecast carry across.
Then we'll say so, and either re-scope the pace or recommend done-for-you. A roadmap nobody has capacity to execute is the most expensive document in marketing.
Before you close the tab
Every one of these gets said on a consulting call. Here are the answers we give, in writing, before you spend 27 minutes on it.
Objection 01
Audits are cheap and mostly useless on their own. A 200-row spreadsheet ranked by tool severity is not a plan, and it is the reason most audits get read once.
What your team needs is priority order: what ships this month, what it should say, and what it is expected to move. That is the engagement. The audit is an input to it.
Objection 02
Many do, and then the deck stalls on contact with a real sprint queue. The strategy was not wrong, it just was not specified enough to execute.
We work in briefs and specs your team can pick up without a translation layer, and we stay on the hook for the number. If the forecast slips, that is our problem to explain.
Objection 03
Often true, and sometimes the right call. A good freelance consultant is excellent value if their strengths line up with your gap.
The difference is coverage and continuity. Content, authority, technical, and AI surfaces all move the same number, and most individuals are deep in one or two. Ask any consultant which of the four they are weakest in, and take the honest answer seriously.
Next step
Give us your domain and your pipeline goal. We map the prompts your buyers are asking, build your GEO marketing plan against them, and forecast the pipeline the next 90 days can realistically produce.
